1. You need to be registered

In order to buy in our online shop you need to be registered and have an user name and a password. If you are not registered yet, you can do it here.

3. Our online catalogue

In order to place an order you must access to the online shop section in which you will find the categories or families that form our online offer: t-shirts, accessories, baby garments, etc...

Access to a category through the left menu, or by the icons on the screen, and you will find a list of products. Choose the one you are interested in, check size and color. Do not forget to check your size’s measures.

Once you have chosen all the products you want, click on the buy button. While you are logged in the products will be saved in your Shopping Cart (available in the upper right part of the screen in our website).


4. Prices

You are not going to pay more when you are buying online: We guarantee that the prices of the online shop and our stores are exactly the same. In addition, you can find special offers only available through our website. On top of that, if you are a registered user you will have other advantages. You will see...


5. Payment methods

Choose the payment method you prefer. We can offer you the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal. They are all secured and they request authorization to your bank or to Paypal. You can also use the Pay On Delivery option and pay when you get your order , although this option is a bit more expensive.

Complete your personal data form so we can proceed to the shipping of your products and click the CONTINUE button.

If you have chosen the Pay On Delivery Option, your ship will be made waiting for payment confirmation. If your chosen payment method is credit card, it will be sent to any of our payment paths.

6. Shipping

If you have chosen the Payment On Delivery option, you order will be made awaiting payment confirmation. If your chosen payment method is credit card or Paypal, it will be sent to our Payment Path, and after the authorization, we will proceed to the shipping automatically.

All shippings within the peninsula will be made by an urgent transport company, and in a maximum period of 48-72 hours you will have your order. We have a 7€ flat rate for the peninsula, so whatever amount of t-shirts you order the shipping cost will be the same. If your chosen payment method is Payment on Delivery, the shipping costs will be increased in 2.50€. For shippings to other zones, check our shippings page.


7. Orders

Remember that you can cancel your order anytime and that you can remove any articles you want from your shopping cart as long as you have not placed the order.

8. Returns and refunds

You may return your order in a period of 60 days from the reception of the shipping ( as long as the product has not been used, modified, and it is in good condition). Sen d it back to us with the delivery note specifying which product you would like to exchange it for to the following address:

Delivery costs generated in the return of the product will be paid by the customer unless the product was originally damaged. In that case, we will take all the expenses.

You will be able to exchange the product as many times as you want, but we are sorry to say that we do not do money refunds.
